Parentrail is the shared ledger that keeps co-parenting on the record.
Co-parenting is a full-time job on top of the one you already have.
I'm Pedro. I have four kids. Two of them I share custody of with my ex — and for years, the logistics of that lived in a group chat. Medications, school supplies, copays, uniforms. Every week, one of us would ask the same question:
"Did they pay us for that?"
It added friction on top of something already hard. Every bill became a potential argument. Every reimbursement was a memory test. We'd lose track of who owed who for a pediatrician copay from two weeks ago.
Proms, graduations, pickup and dropoff on school breaks — we had no shared calendar, just scattered texts. When things went wrong, we had no record to point to.
I wanted a tool that would minimize the back-and-forth and help us have productive conversations. Something that kept the receipts, tracked the settlements, and gave us both a single source of truth.
I couldn't find one that worked.
So I built Parentrail.
— Pedro
